    • Vyta Clinic requires a telephone or video consultation prior to the dispatch of any medication to ensure the appropriateness of the treatment. These consultations, including any necessary follow-ups, are included as part of the order with no additional fees. This is in line with our commitment to provide responsible healthcare services.
  3. Compliance and Adherence
    • Our clinic is compliant with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) rules and adheres to National Health Service (NHS) guidelines, ensuring that we maintain high standards of healthcare practices.
  4. Medication Supply and Shipping
    • All medications prescribed through Vyta Clinic are issued by certified prescribers, including General Practitioners (GPs) and pharmacists. The medications are supplied and shipped by a GPhC regulated pharmacy, primarily Rai’s Pharmacy, ensuring safe and reliable delivery of healthcare products. Issuing medication may involve ordering patient medication through other suppliers, such as high street pharmacies, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of healthcare products.
  5. Secure Shipping
    • All medications will be shipped securely to the address provided by the patient. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the delivery information is correct and updated as necessary.
  6. Right to Reject Orders
    • Vyta Clinic reserves the right to reject any orders if the client does not provide accurate information or fails to meet the necessary criteria for our services. If an order is rejected and no shipment has been made, a full refund will be issued.
  7. Return Policy
    • Due to the nature of our products, all items are non-returnable once shipped. We ensure thorough consultation with each client before dispatching any medication. As such, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after an item has been shipped following a complete consultation.
  8. Refund Policy
    • If a patient does not meet the health guidelines for the medication order, we will issue a full refund. If a patient changes their mind after placing an order and we have already ordered the medication for the patient but have not yet shipped it, we will issue a partial refund. The partial refund will cover the cost of the medication that has already been ordered but not shipped.
  9. GP Notification
    • As part of the assessment, patients are required to provide their GP surgery name. Patients should be aware that their GP will be notified of any prescriptions made through Vyta Clinic.
